These terms and the site are governed by and constructed in accordance with the state of Tasmania, Australia. If a dispute arises from these terms, you agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania, Australia, except in relation to the application for any injunctive relief sought by The Pedal Hub PTY LTD.
Our site may be accessed in Australia and overseas. We make no representations that the site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access the sites outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the sites.
We are governed by Australian Consumer Law (Tasmania). Your transaction is deemed to have taken place in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Purchases, pricing, and payment
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
You agree to pay us the purchase price listed on the website. We may vary our prices from time to time for sale purposes, which will be displayed.
The Pedal Hub PTY LTD reserve the right not to honour any incorrect offers represented on the website made by genuine human or system error. Where your order is affected by an error on the website (for example, in a description, an image, price, or otherwise), we will reject that part of the order. You will be refunded the value of that part of the order affected by the error.
We currently accept payments via Master Card, Visa, Afterpay, Shop Pay and Gift Card. Orders placed in store can also be paid with cash. We do not accept cheques.
If you are purchasing using Afterpay, the maximum order value is $2000 (inc. GST) — inclusive of delivery charges.

By placing an order on this site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). No agreement has been formed by us until the order has been accepted, processed, and an order confirmation sent back.
While we endeavour to ensure correct and current stock levels, sometimes unexpected technical glitches can prevent our website from updating instantly. If some goods are out of stock or unavailable, we will refund you the price paid for the goods impacted.
Your order becomes a sale when your order is accepted and we have issued you with a Tax Invoice.
If we cannot contact you about your order using the contact details you provided in the order, after having made reasonable attempts to do so, we will cancel the order and refund you any money paid.

Shipping
Australian Deliveries
At The Pedal Hub PTY LTD we offer free standard shipping within Australia on all parcel orders over $500 including GST.
If your order is under this amount, shipping will be calculated for you at checkout. We can ship to your PO Box.
Orders will be processed during AEST business hours Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during periods of high demand (large sales, holiday periods), we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order.
International Deliveries
Currently, The Pedal Hub PTY LTD is not shipping internationally.
In-Store Collection
We have the option for you to Click & Collect in store. This will be available in the cart at checkout. Some products available to purchase online are available as a collection-only item. This includes some bikes and other large items such as bike racks.
Delivery of Goods
Delivery of all online orders typically take 1-3 days to process and then an extra 5-7 days to deliver. Please keep an eye on your order confirmation email, which will include tracking. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural deliveries or bulky items. Delivery times will also be impacted by public holidays.
We offer local delivery within a 15-kilometre zone of Launceston central for $15 upon arrangement.
Please contact us on (03) 6334 5419 about any damaged or lost goods and we will work on a resolution for you.
Returns and Exchanges
We’re happy to offer a 30-day return policy to our customers. Whether your item doesn’t fit or you have just changed your mind we will receive the item back and provide a store credit or a refund. While we try to provide measurements and dimensions in the description of goods listed for sale, these dimensions may vary slightly in real life. It is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order.
Please note: Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items, helmets and bearings cannot be refunded or returned unless for warranty purposes.
If you choose to return an item, please follow these steps:
Before any items are returned, please ensure that the item is:
- unused,
- as new in appearance, and
- in original packaging with all tags still attached.

In your email include all your order information including the date and number of your order, the details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will email you back with a return address.
2. Package and send the item
Ensure you pack the item(s) well so that we receive it/them in the condition originally sent. Please send the packaged item to the address provided to you by email.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and ensuring the package reaches us safely and in good condition. You may choose to use registered post to ensure this.
3. We will assess the return and apply credit or refund.
Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect the item(s), ensure that it/they meet the conditions in Step 1 (above), and then, if approved, apply store credit or issue you with a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email. Delivery fees will not be refunded under most circumstances.
Warranty
Products come with a warranty specified by the manufacturer. The Pedal Hub PTY LTD will honour any warranty for the original purchaser of the goods for the item’s specified warranty period. There may be other fees or charges (labour charge, etc.) applied by us in the course of rectifying the warranty issue that will be payable on collection of repaired goods.
The Pedal Hub PTY LTD will not be liable for any expense, injury (including indirect loss such as loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunity, injury to your reputation, etc.) caused by a warranty issue on a product.
