WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? At Sprung we accept most payment methods, including cash. Online you will have access to AMEX, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Visa. If you are unsure, please give us a call on (03) 6334 5419
WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR WEBSITE IN? All prices are in Australian dollars, AUD and include GST.
BUYING A BIKE FROM SPRUNG
DO YOU BUILD CUSTOM BIKES? While we certainly sell complete bikes, we enjoy nothing more than helping you build from the ground up. We have access to most high-end bike and component brands to help you assemble an absolute banger of a bike. Enquire here to start building your dream.
DO THE BIKES COME ASSEMBLED? All bikes purchased from Sprung will be assembled. We like to ensure the bike is set up for the rider from the start. Please come in with a bit of time to ensure we get a suspension and bike setup done correctly. This helps you enjoy your purchase even more.
WHERE CAN I GET MY BIKE SERVICED? We take care of all your servicing needs from tuning your gears, pivot service and we can even service majority of your suspension (depending on the brand). To find our more, click here or book a service.
WILL THE PRODUCT BE EXACTLY AS I SEE IT IN THE IMAGE? While we do everything we can to ensure the images are accurate, please be aware that colours may vary slightly from what is shown, and from time to time parts may also vary due to supplier availability and manufacturing variations. If the product that arrives if not up to your expectations, please contact us and we can find a suitable replacement if required, or organise a refund.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ONLINE ALSO AVAILABLE IN STORE? We are a small, family run business and everything is stored in-house. We do our best to make sure our stock is up to date, however please keep in mind that sometimes things happen and there is a small chance an item might be out of stock. We will contact you with a solution straight away if this is the case.
I CAN'T ADD THE PRODUCT I'D LIKE TO PURCHASE TO THE CART? If the product is greyed out on the online store, it is likely sold out. Please feel free to give us a call or contact us here and we can double check or order it in for you.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS? Absolutely! You can find them here, or if you want a personalised amount, please give us a call or pop in-store and we can organise it for you.
